Adeline's Baptism

Adeline was baptized at St. Patrick's Church on the evening of June 20, 2009. We want to thank our family for celebrating with us!

Happy Birthday, Lacey!

Lacey came to visit us this past week. It was a short visit, but we always have such a fun time together. We had dinner in the Old Market and hung out at the pool for a couple hours the next day. Thanks for visiting Lacey and Happy Birthday!

A Couple New Toys

The Brinks are letting us borrow a couple new toys for Adeline to use. When she gets excited she kicks her feet quite a bit and both of these toys make noises when she kicks her feet.

First Word ;0)

Ava and Ryan were talking to Adeline this morning. Ava said, "Hi, Adeline" and Adeline babbled back to Ava. Ava's entire face lit up and with a huge smile and bright eyes she said, "Adeline said her first word.. she said HI!". It was the cutest thing ever, Ava was SO excited! Ryan just laughed and laughed. I didn't tell Ava any different. So today, Adeline said her first word to Ms. Ava Grace.

Drawings by Nick Lange

Our friend, Nick, is an artist and does pencil drawings of children from photographs. We are going to have one done of Adeline. If you are interested simply email him one of your favorite snapshots of your child and you can correspond back and forth. I took a picture of his business card, it is a bit blurry because I took it with my phone.

Lazy Summer Day

SMILE!

Reunion

My 10 year class reunion from Duchesne Academy was last weekend. My friend, Martha, came into town from California. We hadn't seen each other since last May, it was the longest we have ever gone without seeing each other. It was great to see friends from highschool. On Saturday, we went over to the Birusinghs' house for a luncheon. That evening, we went to the reunion downtown and had a fun night out. Sunday morning, we went to church at Duchesne and were able to visit with former teachers and see the new renovations at the school. Hopefully, Adeline will be able to be a Duchesne Cardinal someday! :)

A Day With The Boys

The boys spent half the day with Adeline and me while Jacque was working on commercials. The boys are at such fun ages. Kaleb fed Adeline part of her bottle for the first time and Aiden and I read a couple of books together. I think Kaleb would have wanted to stay for longer, but of course Aiden was ready to go home with his mom!

Andy & Adeline

It seems that when Andy & Adeline cuddle on the couch together, it normally ends in a snooze. :)

Squeeze Those Cheeks!

Sneaking In A Little Tummy Time!

Layla has been great with Adeline! She will barely even walk on the blanket when Adeline is laying on the floor. Adeline and I both fell asleep and when I woke up, Layla was sleeping on Adeline's boppy. I guess Layla was sneaking in her own personal "tummy time".

Bumbo

My Godparents, Paul & Rita, gave Adeline this bumbo. Andy & I sat Adeline in it for the first time a couple of days ago. She was able to sit up in it, but she was a bit too wobbly. I think in a few weeks she will be just the right age to sit in it.

Love is in the Air

Why do I have the feeling that these pictures may show up again in 18 years at Holden and Adeline's highschool graduation?!

Four Generations

A Trip to Corning

Adeline and I went to Corning to visit Grandma Morrison yesterday with my mom. Jacque and the boys headed to Shenandoah and then Corning the same day, so Adeline and I rode back home with the Brinks. We had a great visit with Grandma Morrison! Kaleb and Aiden were entertaining, as always. Jacque went outside to play soccer with the boys, it was a short lived game when Jacque wiped out with an attempted kick(Sorry, I don't have any video footage). I don't know if I have ever seen Kaleb get the giggles quite like that before (of course, after he knew his mom was okay)..
